Its amazing how we've moved from the world of printing using a printing press, how time consuming and difficult it was taking each letter out and painstakingly placing each letter back in the right spot to print a new page for a book. Now we have printers and photocopiers that speed up the process so quickly. It would be interesting to see how the printing process would have been effected if we didn't switch over to the digital age.

It is interesting to think about. For one, we wouldn't have this blog. Just think what our textbooks would cost if we still used Gutenberg's press! Suddenly, paying $40 doesn't seem so much. And now we don't have to kill poor sheep. Yay for going digital!!!

We are so lucky to be alive in the age where we are able to use digital technology and printers. It would be pretty interesting to go back a few hundred years when digital was not yet invented, but they had mastered the form of printing. I would have liked to see how well they perfected the form of printing.
